Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Following is the role and responsibilities aligned with this position:

• Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Arabic cuisine for the Employee Restaurant.
• Ensure daily mise en place is prepared according to menu requirements and operational needs.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to maintain consistency and quality.
• Support in managing buffet service and replenishment with a strong focus on Arabic hot and cold dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and proper storage of food supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during meal periods.
• Contribute creative ideas for Arabic dishes suitable for Employee Restaurant food menus.
  
  

• Strong knowledge and passion for Arabic cuisine (mezze, grills, stews, rice dishes).
• Ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene practices.
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a multicultural team environment.
