Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong customer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues they might have. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Enthusiastically work to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on efficiency of customer service process.
  • Assist in developing new customer service strategies and procedures.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to improve existing service skills.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and resolutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for efficient service provision.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond effectively to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.
