About The Role

• To be present at arrivals and departures to greet the children
• Welcome , greets and assists guests with any request, enquiries and directions.
• Ensures all necessary Welcome/invitation letters/cards, Introduction letters and complimentary arrivals kits are always available and ready at appropriate times , according to KidsOnly Standard Operation procedures.
• Ensures that Standard Operation Procedures for all activities and excursions are exercised and practiced at all times.
• Ensures all necessary registrations forms/ activity waivers are ready at the reception and filled up properly by the parents or guardian.
• Actively promote and encourage the participation of guests in all activities and events.
• Ensure all SOP’s, Risk Assessments, policies and Procedures and Health guidelines are followed accordingly.
• Facilitates and co-coordinates all beach and non-beach activities, programs , excursions on or off the island.
• Constantly develops new activities and ideas to conduct activities better and in a more exciting approach
• Assists with preparing and organizing all KidsOnly activities as needed as well as Resort sponsored activities, in conjunction with Recreation, such as Family Fitness Challenge, Easter and Festive
• Ensures to update all the kids profile pertaining to their preferences, medical conditions/ allergies etc.
• Looks after the guests, who need special attention with utmost care, accuracy and tolerance
• Ensures that KidsOnly club and compound are neat and tidy at all times.
• Ensures that all KidsOnly club areas, within the assigned section, are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Is responsible for inventory of all the items in the Kids Club.
• Informs the Assistant Manager/ Supervisor if the daily supplies need to be ordered
• Issue job requisition/ orders and repair and maintenance of outlet
• Shows initiative , suggests new services and anticipates guests’ needs and discusses with the Assistant Manager.
• Reports feedback to Assistant Manager on likes and dislikes of kids with regards to the activities and programs implemented.
• Always communicates customer complaints and compliments to the KidsOnly Assistant Manager.
• To have a good working relationship with the whole team.
• Complete other duties assigned by the KidsOnly Assistant Manager .
  
  

About You

• Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant Experience is an advantage
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and multi- tasking skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of the team
