Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide comprehensive reports on various corporate matters.

  • Coordinate due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with partners and clients to achieve successful deal outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for corporate filings and regulatory submissions.
  • Facilitate communication with regulatory bodies and handle inquiries effectively.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication and networking.
  • Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations that affect the business operations.
  • Train and mentor junior associates and interns on corporate best practices.
  • Participate actively in business development initiatives and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal ethics and company policies in all transactions.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse clients.
