Do you want to play a key role in the success of our Elos Accurate® portfolio?

Our Dental Business Unit is seeking an experienced and energetic Global Commercial Product Manager to drive the commercial growth of our current brands and prepare for the launch of our next-generation, innovative product.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the dental implantology field or a similar medical device industry role with global responsibility. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams across headquarters and regional sales offices to deliver results. You will also build strong relationships with channel partners and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to ensure optimal market access and brand success.

You will help define clear brand positioning and develop compelling value propositions, including associated services such as customer training and technical support. We believe the right person will inspire collaboration between marketing, sales, product management, operations, and sales offices through openness, honesty, and a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes.

If you are based internationally, you should expect to spend at least one week per month at our headquarters in Denmark, and travel approximately 50–60 days per year.

The Role

The CPM is responsible for being the link between commercial and technical product management facilitating strategic dialogues and managing processes of commercialization and termination of products. The CPM also act to provide strategic direction to marketing by preparing and discussing input to value propositions, promotional work as well as being overall responsible for training and eduction. Expected to travel 30-60 days per year supporting customers, attending exhibitions, etc.

Key Tasks

  • Responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for new products including launch preparation such as brand positioning and value proposition, pricing, market research, KOL engagement, clinical trials, channel choices and development of same and forecasting.
  • Through insights into the market drive life cycle management in the form of assortment needs, portfolio optimization, discontinuations including business cases. Aligning upstream and downstream communication internally to ensure collection and action-taking on life cycle management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and present input to new product proposals to Commercial and Product Management, including the development of business cases.
  • Develop KOL network including evaluation, onboarding and driving a portfolio of KOL’s to deliver content matching needs to substantiate our value proposition.
  • Overall responsible for developing the training and education model, internally and externally, to ensure uniformity, scalability and accessibility.
  • Responsible for supporting marketing in content generation.
  • Be the technical go-to person for the commercial team for all things dental.

Experience

  • Years of proven experience leading product launches in Dental or other related Medtech sectors.
  • BA or MA in Business or a Technical degree
  • Be fluent in English
  • Confident working in a regulated Industry
