Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments to diagnose and evaluate mental health conditions.
  • Develop effective treatment plans and therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy, including CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
  • Conduct therapy sessions in individual, group, or family settings as needed.
  • Stay informed on the latest psychological research and integrate findings into practice.
  • Supervise and mentor psychology students or junior staff as part of professional development.
  • Participate in internal and external trainings, workshops, and continuing education programs.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and services.
  • Contribute to clinical team meetings and case discussions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution essential for eligibility.
  • Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist .
  • Minimum of three years' experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
  • Proficient in administering psychological testing and interpreting the results accurately.
  • Demonstrated experience with a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and professional boundaries at all times.
