Job Description

As a Client Relation Executive in the IT sector, your primary role is to act as a bridge between the organization and its clients. You will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and ensuring these needs are met with appropriate IT solutions. This position requires a professional who can cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with the technical teams and other executives to streamline communication and facilitate solutions that align with client expectations. With a strategic outlook, you'll help drive business growth by retaining existing clients and identifying new opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the IT sector.
  • Conducting regular meetings to understand clients' IT needs and requirements.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Providing feedback and insights to the company to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues effectively.
  • Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams for seamless operations.
  • Assessing client feedback to identify areas for improvement in IT services.
  • Coordinating client training sessions on new IT products and updates.
  • Tracking and managing client accounts and ensuring timely updates on project progress.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling IT services to existing clients.
  • Developing strategies to retain and expand the client base profitably.
  • Participating in networking events to develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client relations or account management in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
