We’re looking for a client account manager to:
- manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service with focus on integration
- be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
- perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
- research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and with administrative legal and compliance related tasks and duties
- mitigate risks and raise red flags and concerns

You will be working in the Client Service Team based in the Advisory Office Dubai, a multicultural and dynamic team. The CST Dubai supports client advisors across three main markets: Arabian Gulf, Saudi Arabia and NRI/NRP. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise
- wealth management experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry ideally with exposure to the NRI market, previously CAM experience will be an added advantage
- banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial qualifications, combined ideally with knowledge of DIFC regulations
- effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
- interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- excellent skills in English and Arabic
