Job Description

The Assistant Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in supporting senior relationship managers and ensuring the effective management of client portfolios. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong passion for delivering top-notch client service. The Assistant Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, performing detailed client analysis, and providing administrative support, allowing senior managers to focus on more strategic initiatives. This role also involves liaising with other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to be successful in this role, along with a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts and relationships daily.
  • Coordinate with senior relationship managers to identify clients' financial needs.
  • Prepare and review reports and proposals for client presentations and meetings.
  • Conduct client research to support relationship development and growth objectives.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Maintain updated client records and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute client service strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor client feedback and relay insights to senior management for improvements.
  • Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare documentation and follow up on outstanding client requests or orders.
  • Participate in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or relationship management roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in evaluating data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools and software.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and services offered by the institution.
