We’re looking for a hands‑on Application Engineer / Project Engineer to support and deliver mission‑critical control room solutions across the Middle East & Africa. Support costings, solution sizing, and bid/no‑bid inputs; align with Sales and PM on scope, assumptions, and risk.
Drive vendor/subcontractor technical alignment; evaluate product fit and interoperability.
Post‑Sales (Delivery, Commissioning & Support)
Execute detailed design, rack layouts, cabling schedules, IP addressing, and device configuration (KVM, encoders/decoders, controllers, video processors).
Lead FAT/SAT, commissioning, cut‑over, and customer acceptance; produce as‑built documentation and O\&M manuals.
Deliver user and admin training; enablement for operations teams and integrator partners.
Troubleshoot complex signal, network, and control issues; own escalations and drive root‑cause corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with site rules, QA/QC plans, and change control; contribute to continuous improvement and product feedback.
Required Qualifications & Experience
5–10 years engineering experience in KVM and/or Professional AV integration for control rooms.
Proven delivery across MEA markets with multi‑site, multi‑vendor environments.
