Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating agile practices and processes to ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include overseeing the sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, as well as managing stakeholder communications and resolving any project issues that may arise. The Agile Delivery Lead will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the Agile team on Agile principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Agile team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between the Agile team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Support the team in removing impediments and resolving conflicts to enable the team to focus on delivering value.
  • Implement and drive Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies to enhance delivery processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead and coach Agile teams effectively.
  • Experience in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
