Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's broker network.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new brokerage firms and real estate brokers.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key broker partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers and provide ongoing support.
  • Ensure brokers are well-informed about company projects, launches, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate internally to facilitate broker registration, documentation, and commission-related matters.
  • Organize and conduct broker meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Monitor broker performance and implement initiatives to increase productivity and sales.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the broker experience.
  • Prepare regular reports and market intelligence updates for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business forums.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, broker relations, or real estate partnerships within the UAE.
  • Strong network within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and brokerage landscape.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
