Job Description

The Accounts Executive is a vital role within the financial department, responsible for managing and organizing crucial financial information and strategies. This position serves as a key point of contact for financial transactions and plays a significant role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.   • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the development of financial models and forecasting for strategic planning.
  • Facilitate communication between the financial department and other company departments.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles to optimize cash flow.
  • Handle tax preparation and coordination with external auditors for accurate reporting.
  • Support the finance manager in various financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Update and improve internal processes to enhance financial operation efficiency.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, billing, and collection of payments from clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations is essential.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
  • Highly effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
