About the Role

We are looking for a proven Operations Director to lead facilities management services across multiple sites in the Middle East. This is a senior leadership role with strategic oversight and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, optimising operational performance, and fostering long-term partnerships with key clients. With a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our operations in the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the safe and effective delivery of facilities management operations on multiple sites in the Middle East.
• Leading the relationship management with the client, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Driving a one team “can do” culture across on-site facilities teams and the supply chain to create a best-in-class facility for our customers.
• Managing significant change projects including the mobilisation of new sites as per the client’s growth plans.
• Leading small works in a responsive and controlled manner ensure minimal disruption to the customer.
• Implementing, complying and adherence to local regulations.
• Supervising the processes and procedures required.
• Managing the P&L performance of the account, ensuring services are delivered within the commercial model and on schedule, while continuously seeking to optimise variable expenditure.
• Overseeing the resources required to maintain operational standards.
• Providing continuous development of our services.
• Delivering net contribution targets and identifying additional opportunities both within the nominated accounts and more widely in the areas where the nominated accounts are located.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working in the Middle East (essential).
• Technical background in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Considerable experience in a senior leadership role within facilities management.
• Proven experience of managing a high profile, quality led P&L contract.
• Experience leading teams with significant budgets.
• Significant experience within a multi service line FM environment.
• Excellent relationship management skills at all levels.
• Ideally holds a recognised qualification within Facilities Management.
• Health and Safety qualification is also preferred.
