Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for townhouse and villa developments.
  • Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Oversee structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment resources on site.
  • Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, technical issues, and action plans.
  • Review contractor programs, recovery plans, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, local regulations, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and adherence to quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
  • Review technical submittals, material approvals, method statements, and site-related requests.
  • Monitor implementation of safety measures and conduct regular site safety inspections.
  • Ensure prompt reporting and resolution of safety incidents, observations, and risks.
  • Review and monitor construction schedules to ensure achievement of key milestones and project deadlines.
  • Identify project risks, constraints, and site-related challenges and proactively develop mitigation measures.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management.
  • Track project performance indicators related to progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Support management in achieving project objectives, delivery targets, and business goals.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications related to construction management will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of relevant construction experience, preferably with leading developers or contractors.
  • Extensive experience in residential developments, including villas, townhouses, and community infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in managing site construction activities from initiation through handover.
  • Strong experience in structural works, architectural finishes, and contractor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors and coordinate with consultants and stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, quality management, and HSE requirements.
