Establish and maintain the Systems Engineering framework including SEMP, requirements management, traceability, verification, and validation plans.
Ensure complete traceability between customer requirements, regulatory constraints, and subsystem technical requirements.
Drive system architecture definition, functional decomposition, and interface management across propulsion subsystems.
Lead engine-to-aircraft integration activities in coordination with airframe, installation, and control system teams.
Oversee System Safety and RMST (Reliability, Maintainability, Supportability, and Testability) activities with safety and reliability engineering teams.
Support certification activities by providing system-level compliance evidence and participating in technical reviews including PDR and CDR.
Coordinate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Management to ensure technical consistency, integration maturity, and certifiability.
Manage system technical baseline, configuration control, documentation, and engineering change management activities.
Mentor and support systems engineering teams while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Participate in customer, partner, and supplier technical coordination activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 18 -28 years of experience in systems engineering within turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or other complex engineering environments.

Key Skills
Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to balance technical depth and program-level objectives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
