Job Title: Senior Specialist - Transformation (Contract Based)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Department: PMO

Reports To: Change Manager

Key Accountabilities

Process Improvement

  • Monitor and Identify opportunities for process improvements across the key business areas
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools/technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the business processes
  • Conduct detailed analysis on complex business challenges and guide the full process from problem identification to recommending new methodologies and tools and effective implementation

Transformation Programs

  • Lead the planning and development of large-scale transformation programs and projects in line with business needs and leadership expectations.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define business problems, identify transformation needs and opportunities across the organization
  • Support the development of change initiatives business cases across all the business lines.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects to the organization strategic pillars and objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, RACI matrix, and governance structures to support efficient delivery of initiatives and programs.
  • Monitor and provide timely updates on activities and performance of transformation projects/programs.
  • Proactively identify project risks and issues and support development of effective mitigation plans

Data Analysis

  • Utilize statistical methods and techniques to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.

Reporting & Communication

  • Create detailed reports and executive presentations to communicate findings to the leadership & key stakeholders.
  • Present analysis results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support organizational change management and facilitate communication to ensure adoption at all levels of the organization

Collaboration and Support

  • Establish effective relationship with executive leadership and other executive stakeholders.
  • Lead cross functional discussions and engagements to address challenges and business needs.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Maintain documentation of projects including charters, plans, status update reports, change requests and lessons learned to support transparency and reproducibility.
  • Uphold data privacy and security measures in all analytical activities.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-8 years relevant experience in project/program management, transformation or change management roles in a major organization.
  • At least 3 years of Hands-on experience in a PMO function overseeing & driving strategic initiatives

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Certified MS Power BI / Data Analyst Associate, MS Office (Excel) Specialist, Analytics Professional
  • Project Management Certification (preferable)

  • Full Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
