Job Title: - Specialist, Reporting

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a qualified Specialist, Reporting to support an upcoming ADNOC project. This role will initially be based in Abu Dhabi, with a planned relocation to an international project site at a later stage.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and delivering project objectives safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Presentations: Candidate must excel in crafting visually compelling slide decks incorporating bar charts, icons, and other graphics that turn content into engaging, executive-level presentations. Reports: Candidate should be able to generate polished written reports, incorporating statistical visuals, charts, and clear design elements—so that the reports are as visually attractive as they are informative. Multi-Format Design: Candidate should be able to take project details or data and adapt it into different formats: presentations, posters, and reports. The ability to convert project milestones or complex data into clear, well-designed deliverables is essential. Overall Design Acumen: Candidate should bring creativity and a polished, professional aesthetic to everything—whether it’s a presentation or a written report. The output should always be executive-ready.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a MUST.
• Minimum Overall 18+ years of experience in execution of EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC region
• Experience in EPC/Detail Engineering project. Experience in Gas Processing/NGL Project.
• Having minimum 5+ years of previous experience working in similar position for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Must have handled mega Oil & Gas FEED/ EPC Projects (more than 1 billion US$).
