Job Description
The SEO Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. They conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor search engine trends. The SEO Lead also analyzes data and provides insights to improve SEO performance and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic SEO plan to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Optimize website structure, URLs, and on-page elements to improve search engine crawlability and indexing.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics.
- Identify and implement on-page and off-page optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and other website content.
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure SEO strategies are effectively implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO strategy development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Analytical mindset and ability to analyze and interpret data.
