Job Description
The Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative role involves the selling and promotion of biopharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the products and their therapeutic uses, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Promote biopharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
- Provide product information and educate healthcare professionals on therapeutic benefits and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and clinical research, to support product launches and sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and organize medical symposiums to increase product awareness and knowledge.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, including weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with a focus on biopharmaceutical products.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
