Job Description
The Sales Executive (Female) is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by identifying and acquiring new customers. They meet with potential clients, present products or services, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals. The Sales Executive also maintains relationships with existing customers, upsells or cross-sells products, and provides ongoing customer support. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and possess a strong sales-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through market research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing to close deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or issues.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
