Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Academy Department at TUV SUD Middle East. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client leads and preferably a background in the training industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the growth and success of our training programs.

Your Task

• Lead Management:
  
  

Handle incoming client inquiries and leads, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.

Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Sales Support:
  
  

Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to support the sales process.

Monitor and track the progress of sales leads, providing regular updates to the sales team.

• Client Relationship Management:
  
  

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Assist in resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner.

• Reporting and Analysis:
  
  

Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance sales performance.

• Administrative Duties:
  
  

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documents and contracts.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of training programs.

Your Responsibilities

• Bachelors in business, admin or in relevant field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in UAE preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
