THE TEAM


As part of our Residential Services team, you will join a highly dedicated group focused on delivering ultra-luxury experiences to our residents and long-stay guests. You will work closely with the Residential Manager and collaborate with multiple hotel departments to ensure flawless service delivery and seamless day-to-day operations.

YOUR ROLE


In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional residential experiences by serving as the primary point of contact for all resident needs, inquiries, and arrivals. You will manage the check‑in and check‑out processes with precision and discretion, ensure timely follow-up on payments and agreements, and coordinate special arrangements with care and attention to detail. Your ability to anticipate needs and maintain strong relationships will support the overall success of the property and contribute to the elevated standards of Rosewood Hotel Group.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE


  • Welcome residents and guests warmly, managing all arrivals and departures with accuracy and grace.
  • Anticipate and respond to resident needs, ensuring thoughtful follow-through throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate inquiries, special arrangements, and service requests with exceptional responsiveness.
  • Prepare residential lease agreements, renewals, and maintain accurate resident documentation.
  • Monitor payment schedules, renewals, and ensure compliance with all cashiering procedures.
  • Conduct departure walk-throughs and weekly random apartment inspections, ensuring all standards are upheld.
COULD THIS BE YOU?


  • You have at least one year of experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environment.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • You communicate confidently, calmly, and with exceptional guest-facing etiquette—even under pressure.
  • You understand luxury guest needs and can anticipate, resolve, and follow up on requests with care.
  • You are proficient in computer systems and capable of managing documentation with accuracy.
  • You speak, read, and write English fluently—additional languages are a strong advantage.
