Job Description
The Relationship Manager - Banking is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of banking clients. They will build and maintain relationships with key clients, assess their financial needs, and recommend banking products and services. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of banking clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key individuals and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Monitor client account activity and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in banking regulations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the banking team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
