Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who holds a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be a crucial part of the patient care team, providing high-quality nursing care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patients' health status and document observations in medical records.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in the healthcare setting.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and educational activities.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing lifesaving measures as required.
  • Supervise and guide junior nursing staff and support workers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
  • Participate in patient discharge planning and follow-up care coordination.
  • Utilize a patient-centered approach to ensure high standards of nursing care.

Requirements

  • Must have an active and valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working as a registered nurse is essential.
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in patient assessment and care planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
