Job Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet quality standards and specifications. They conduct inspections, audits, and tests to identify any defects or non-conformities. Additionally, they collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and address quality-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, audits, and tests to assess quality conformance.
- Identify non-conformities and investigate root causes.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Document and communicate inspection results and recommendations.
- Maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct supplier inspections and approve/reject materials.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in quality inspection or a similar role.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
