Quality Engineer Compliance And Quality Assurance

The role:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer – Compliance & Quality Assurance to join our team.

To support the Compliance Monitoring & Quality Department by conducting inspections, reviewing maintenance documentation, performing compliance verification activities, and supporting quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company requirements, customer requirements, and applicable aviation regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and surveillance activities of maintenance operations and associated documentation.
• Perform spot checks of maintenance activities, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Review work packages, task cards, technical records, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Review Certificates of Conformity (COC), material certificates, and traceability documentation as assigned.
• Verify compliance with company procedures and approved maintenance practices.
• Support investigations related to quality findings and non-conformities.
• Follow up assigned corrective actions and provide status updates.
• Assist in maintaining quality records and compliance documentation.
• Support customer quality activities and inspections when required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Planning, Logistics, and Engineering departments regarding quality-related matters.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager.
  
  
  

Experience:

• Higher Diploma/bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or aviation related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience is a must.
• Experience within an EASA Part-145 environment is preferred.
• Experience in aviation quality, compliance monitoring, technical records, or maintenance documentation.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication in English.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
  
  
  

This position requires that you will be approved in a security vetting in accordance to ISO:27001+
