Job Description
An Orthopaedic Surgeon is a medical doctor specialized in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions. They provide surgical and non-surgical treatment options for conditions affecting the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Orthopaedic Surgeons play a crucial role in improving patients' mobility, relieving pain, and restoring function.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions through patient examination, medical imaging, and diagnostic tests.
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and preferences.
- Performing surgeries such as joint replacements, fractures fixation, and arthroscopic procedures.

Requirements
- Medical degree and completion of an orthopaedic residency program.
- Board certification in orthopaedic surgery.
- Excellent surgical skills and dexterity.
- Strong knowledge of orthopaedic conditions and treatment techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
