The Role

As a Lead Enterprise Architect with Kyndryl, you will have the chance to work with some of the worlds most innovative and dynamic companies, helping them to achieve their business goals through the strategic implementation of technology. You will be responsible for connecting our customers’ business needs with their IT strategy, using a range of architectural models and views to create a clear picture of how their requirements can be met in an agile, sustainable, and flexible way.

To excel in this role, you will need to be able to understand our customers’ needs and constraints, and apply industry knowledge and best practices to develop effective IT solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and use your expertise to develop a high-level enterprise-wide IT architecture that maps IT capabilities to business needs. You will be expected to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive knowledge of our solutions offerings, strategies, and direction as it relates to the customer’s business, infrastructure, and industry.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be a skilled communicator, able to influence customers and sell our solutions using your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions and your understanding of their business and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Enterprise IT Architecture Office.
• Drive stakeholder management and execute the vision and strategy for Enterprise IT Architecture.
• Expand the capabilities and services of the Architecture Office.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
• Ensure the Architecture Office meets KPIs and generates value.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Architecture, IT strategy, and systems design.
• Proficiency in TOGAF and other frameworks; TOGAF certification preferred.
• Expertise in architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate and TEAMSD.
• Strong knowledge in Business or Technology sectors.
• Certifications: TOGAF and Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  
  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in Enterprise IT Architecture, IT strategy, and systems design.
• Strong proficiency in TOGAF and other relevant frameworks.
• Expertise in using architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate and TEAMSD.
• Deep understanding of either Business or Technology sectors.
• Holding certifications in TOGAF and Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
