Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers
- Present menus and take food and drink orders
- Serve orders promptly and accurately
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next customers
- Handle billing and payments
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
