Job Description
The Executive Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients. They are responsible for providing custom-tailored financial solutions based on the client's needs and objectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for achieving business targets and revenue goals while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and providing financial guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Analyze customers' financial situations, understanding their needs and proposing suitable financial products and services.
- Monitor and manage credit exposure and risk within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues.
- Stay updated on market trends, products, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in relationship management within the banking sector.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
