Job Summary

In this role, you’ll lead high-impact engagement with business leaders, translating complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable value across the organization. Your expertise will prioritize and deliver analytics projects aligned with business goals, foster a culture of data literacy, and champion innovation through cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of senior leadership in analytics or business engagement, with a strong foundation in data tools like SQL and Power BI, paired with exceptional stakeholder management and strategic communication skills. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and data needs
• Act as a strategic advisor to communicate the value of data analytics in achieving business objectives
• Work with senior management to align analytics initiatives with business priorities
• Identify key opportunities to leverage data to enhance business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful data analytics projects
• Lead change management efforts to drive data literacy and a data-driven culture across business units
• Develop and implement strategies for data-driven transformation and insights
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of data initiatives on business outcomes
• Act as the primary voice for the Data Analytics Department in business forums
• Translate complex analytical insights into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Identify opportunities to improve business engagement processes and data workflows
• Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, and compliance
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
• 10+ years in business engagement, analytics, or related field
• 5 years in a senior leadership role
