The Construction Site Coordinator is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports for management review.
  • Identify and resolve any arising issues or onsite problems effectively.

  • Review and interpret blueprints and drawings to guide construction activities.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contracts and schedules.
  • Provide training and guidance to on-site personnel as necessary.
  • Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in construction site management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills are required.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints effectively.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
