Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Concierge Agent (Emirati Talent) to join our prestigious hospitality team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and providing information about the property and its amenities
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and cultural events
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain an organized and tidy concierge desk, ensuring all materials and resources are up-to-date and readily available
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
Provide personalized recommendations tailored to each guests preferences and interests
Stay informed about local events, attractions, and changes in the hospitality industry to offer the most current and relevant information to guests
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the hotels brand and values
Qualifications
Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office and hotel booking software
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
In-depth knowledge of UAE culture, local attractions, and luxury hospitality standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Emirati nationality (as specified in the job title)
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
