Job Description
As a Commercial Operations Specialist focused on the MENA region, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the commercial operations of the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient commercial process, from contract negotiations to order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in contract negotiations and preparation of commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and manage pricing to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Develop and implement sales and operations processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide support and training to sales teams on commercial processes and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial operations through data analysis and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial operations or sales support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
