Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a critical role within any organization, driving growth and expansion. They are responsible for building and cultivating relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and strategically positioning the company’s offerings in various markets. Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support junior staff to develop their skills and career development.
  • Continuously seek new ways to improve and innovate business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
