This position is located in the Office for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Region (OGCCR) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Regional Section for Africa and the Middle East (RSAME), Division for Operations (DO) of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Programme Coordinator (Drug Control and Crime Prevention) and overall guidance of the UNODC Representative for the GCC Region. They will work in close collaboration with the project teams in OGCCR, as well as the UNODC Secretariat to the Governing Bodies (SGB), Division for Treaty Affairs (DTA), UNODC, and the headquarters-based branches and sections involved in special thematic initiatives related to the 15th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice.
