Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of operational management.
  • Lead and inspire store associates to exceed customer service expectations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure store visual merchandising standards are maintained constantly.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales promotions and events.
  • Implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Monitor and report store performance metrics to the Store Manager.
  • Provide training and support to new and existing team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for business opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
