Adminisitrative Facility Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for camp residents and address their concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and other services.
• Handle staff complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities (Wi-Fi, recreation areas, etc.).
• Oversee food services to ensure quality, hygiene, and nutritional standards.
• Ensure service providers meet contractual and quality requirements.
• Maintain records of deliveries, parcels, and camp-related documentation.
• Support resident check-in and check-out processes.
• Facilitate communication between management, service providers, and staffs.
• Prepare reports on camp operations, issues, and staff’s feedback.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor safety practices and report any risks or violations.
• Performing any other duties/projects in line with person’s physical and mental abilities to carry out such task assigned by supervisor from time to time to meet business expectations.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Work Experience – 2–4 years of proven experience in camp management or facilities management

Specific Skills –

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (AC, electrical, plumbing).
• Organized with good record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) are a plus.
