Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units.

Educational Requirements:

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical)
PRC License (Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

Experience Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management.

Work Location:

Applicant must be willing to be assigned in Zamboanga City.
