Job Description

The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible to support the design, analysis, and execution of Total Rewards programs across compensation, incentives, job evaluation, and workforce analytics. The role will contribute to building a data-driven, technology-enabled Total Rewards function aligned with business and talent strategies and will work closely with the Total Rewards Manager.


What Youll Do:


1. Incentive Program Design & Management

  • Support in developing sales incentives, annual bonus plans, and performance-based compensation schemes.
  • Run simulations and analytics to evaluate incentive effectiveness and pay-for-performance alignment.

2. Job Evaluation & Leveling

  • Assist in evaluating roles using formal job architecture frameworks (e.g., point-factor, market-pricing, or hybrid methods).
  • Maintain and update job grading data, salary bands, and internal equity models.

3. Compensation Benchmarking & Reporting

  • Coordinate external benchmarking surveys with vendors and interpret market data to inform pay positioning.
  • Prepare Excel-based compensation models and dashboards to support annual merit reviews, promotion planning, and pay analytics.

4. HR Tech Transformation Support

  • Support the main Total Rewards team in an ongoing HR Tech implementation (e.g., compensation modules, job architecture libraries, etc.).
  • Test workflows, validate data, and ensure Total Rewards requirements are accurately translated in system configuration.

5. Rewards Analytics & Insights

  • Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools.
  • Conduct deep-dives on pay equity, cost-of-compensation, and scenario modeling for new rewards proposals.

6. Documentation, Communication & Governance

  • Support the creation of rewards-related policy guides, SOPs, and communication decks.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with internal governance and local laws.


What You Need To Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics roles.
  • Proficient in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level decks).
  • Exposure to job evaluation methodologies and market pricing tools.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Darwinbox) or HR tech implementations preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable working across digital platforms and Excel models.
  • Analytical and precise, with a focus on insight generation and value creation.
  • Strong in visual storytelling and executive communication via presentations.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Total Rewards strategies and tools.
