What Customer Service Operations Contributes To Cardinal Health
Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible to manage a team that reviews documents retrieved from inbound faxes to determine validity; scans documents efficiently and accurately.
Drive quality of communication of team members to provider offices and healthcare professionals
Work with CHIP and Domestic partners
Monitor and provide updates to team members for their performance
Help resolve inquiries and concerns of team members and the business process she/he will oversee
Qualifications
At least 2 years of college coursework or experience
2 years of Leadership experience
Knowledge in Healthcare Operations or Revenue Cycle Components is required (Any of the following: Insurance Verification, Medical Documentation, Prior Authorization, or Revenue Cycle Management)
Experience in using Contact Center phone system such as NICE and/or Genesys is an advantage

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff
Administers and executes policies and procedures
Ensures employees operate within guidelines
Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers
Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels
Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
