Position Description

The candidate should have considerable knowledge in SAP Functional Module APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) including basic configuration of these modules as part of Level 2 SAP Support organization.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Receive, analyze, and resolve Level 2 SAP support tickets from end-users.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 3/functional teams with detailed documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on incident status and resolution.
  • Assist users with system navigation, transaction execution, and functional queries.
  • Support minor SAP system configuration changes under supervision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and known error records.
  • Contribute to knowledge base updates to reduce recurring incidents.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and SAP system enhancements.
  • Provide feedback for system optimization and automation opportunities.

Administrative

  • Adherence to all company mandated responsibilities.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of SAP Functional experience with exposure to SAP APO (integrated with SAP ECC). Knowledgeable in DP (Demand Planning), SNP (Supply Network Planning), CIF (Core Interface) and other related components.
  • Exposure to multinational clients or multi-entity setups is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP Level 2 Support activities, including incident management, service requests, problem management and defect management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tickets, communicate with end users, and provide timely solutions.

  • Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
