Job Title

Learning Partners Specialist - APAC

In this job you will

Service Offer and Governance

  • Oversee daily activities for Learning Partners in APAC and provide global support when needed.
  • Manage the Student Certification Program, including assessments and digital badges.
  • Promote the Learning Partners Program to commercial teams and educational institutions.
  • Monitor feedback, analyze trends and key performance indicators (KPIs), and follow up proactively.
  • Ensure clear processes for communicating updates on Amadeus solutions and training environments.

Commercial Relationship

  • Foster collaborative relationships with regional commercial teams and partner markets.
  • Provide educational expertise and guidance as required.
  • Support commercial teams in defining and implementing pricing models aligned with program strategy.
  • Coordinate internally with teams such as Customer Learning Services, Customer Operations, Legal, Go-To-Market, Commercial, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG).
  • Contribute to customer and internal meetings, including presentations and business reviews.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are valued.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and remote teams.
  • Adaptable and innovative in problem-solving, with attention to detail and reliability.
