The IT Technical Lead will work closely with the stakeholders to gain in-depth of the company’s over-all strategy, and roadmap to improve efficiency within the team.Ensure development task requested by stakeholders are delivered with quality in production and meet the agreed timeline.Oversee production incidents are resolve according to SLA of its criticality
What You’ll Do
- Managing daily activities of the assigned team, providing technical training
- Cooperates with other teams, provides the end-to-end integrated solution.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, Product Owners, Head of IT Delivery to align priority initiatives and deliverables.
- Working with the product owners and working to understand business requirements and provide the desired business features in collaboration with business analyst.
- Work with infra team for maintenance, and platform related patches and upgrade.
- Ensure the team delivers assigned tasks in committed schedule, following agile best practices.
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Engages in hands-on tasks such as coding and feature implementation to ensure technical skills remain current.
What You Need To Have
- Minimum 7 years experience in an IT development role.
- Experience managing a technical team is a plus.
Technical SKills
- Hands on strong technical knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Java design patterns, application design and microservice architecture, can provide detailed solution and technical training to the team members.
- Knowledge of SQL, messaging (Rabbit MQ, Kafka), web/mobapp development, OpenAPI principals, RESTfull API design, bug-fixing, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of the CI/CD and proactive monitoring for his team
