Consulting Specialist - Work And Rewards

Description

You will work as part of the Talent and Rewards (T&R) team focused mainly on managing the country-wide Total Compensation Survey and contributing in rewards design consulting assignments. You will work closely with consultants and practice leaders within and outside of T&R who will help increase your knowledge and sharpen your skills – all while providing a blend of client-facing activities.

Qualifications

The Requirements

• Any business-related course but degree in Statistics, Human Resources Management or Marketing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation is preferred
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative surveys is a definite advantage
• Candidate should be analytical, accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to apply analytical skills and methodologies to solve problems
• A good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in discovering the consulting environment and desire to work with multiple clients in more than one industry and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits, talent management); sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data.
• Strong working knowledge of software applications for analysis
