Job Description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

  • Call leads from an existing database of current clients to introduce a new financial product
  • Answer incoming calls regarding cash loans and close a sale
  • Close a sale through proper product positioning
  • Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets
  • Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training
  • Attends monthly department townhalls.
  • Works on a shifting schedule (holidays and weekends as needed)
  • Strictly adheres/ follows company Employee Discipline Policy and Guidelines
  • Regularly participates in available and relevant business and systems training
  • Regularly shares selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

  • With at least 6 months of sales work experience (formal face to face / retail / telemarketing)
  • Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
  • Willing to work in Vertis, Quezon City
  • At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
