Payments Operator

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Conducts daily Transaction Level Reconciliation and ensure that disputes are resolved within SLA
• Process and resolves assigned tickets on a timely manner
• Attending and resolving escalated concerns from Internal and External Partners
• Processing ADA Enrollment forms (physical and electronic) to be sent to banks
• Addressing ADA Enrollment concerns raised in any form
• Processing Cash Loan Disbursement (Generation of Payment File, Importing Confirmation and Feedback file)
• Ensures to send payment advisory to Internal and External Partners/Team as necessary
• Escalate any Payments and Disbursement issues encountered to the immediate superior and assist to ensure that issues will be resolved within SLA
• Handle specific Payments/Bank/Disbursement Partner for all partner’s concern
• Payments/ADA/Disbursement Subject Matter Expert
  
  

• Preferably with Collections / Payments background
• Compliant to AMLA, DPA and all required by the entity and regulatory body
