Job Description

Channel Development Manager in Eastwood Quezon City up to 80k

Work schedule: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners specializing in -networking and communication products.
  • Develop and implement strategic channel programs to grow IPCOMs market presence and sales revenue.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate pricing, rebates, and partnership terms to secure long-term dealer relationships.
  • Provide training, product updates, and technical support coordination to channel partners.
  • Monitor dealer performance, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets and compliance with IPCOM standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and partner activities for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience within same industry preferably from Rujie, Omada etc.
  • Solid understanding of networking and communication technologies.
  • Strong partner acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Must be fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.
