Title: Web Developer (Next.js)

The Web Developer (Next.js) will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer-facing web applications using Next.js. This position requires a strong technical foundation in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly Next.js and React, and a commitment to following industry best practices. The developer will work closely with the Web Developer Team Lead ensuring high-quality code and optimal application performance in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development & Implementation

• Develop and implement new features using Next.js while adhering to established coding standards..
  
  

• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure all work meets industry best practices as reviewed by the Team Lead.
  
  

• Optimize web application performance by ensuring efficient code, fast load times, and responsive design.
  
  

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, collaborate with team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js and React).
• Demonstrated experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
